Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is dedicated to making a healthy difference in the world. That starts with providing quality, cost-effective health plans to our members. But it doesn't stop there. We're constantly innovating to create unique health programs and initiatives that can help our members to thrive.

We know that 44 million Americans out there are regularly providing help and support to older adults. For the people getting that care, it can make all the difference in staying healthy and being able to live out their lives the way they want.

But for the caregivers, it can take a toll. Too often they end up juggling everyone else's needs but their own. That's where we want to help.

At Caregiver Corner we're here to provide the support and information caregivers crave. We hope that by reaching out a helping hand to caregivers—including but not limited to caregivers who are BCBS members or who care for our members—we can help to offset some of the negative health effects that can accompany caregiving.
